Each pack comes with a set of High Resistance training bands. THE BATTER IS REMINDED TO ONLY USE 1 BAND AT A TIME!
The Light Resistance Band (thinner) can be purchased separately and is to to be used for practice against bowlers and bowling machine or throwing aids.
Light Resistance Bands are designed to reinforce the late striking principle, whilst not restricting the batters full range of motion.
Remember – Don’t fight the band, if it pulls, you need to adjust your striking position.
